Non-Executive Directors
The ASL Board has a majority of independent directors, giving balance to the interests of the client and management at Board level. Each independent director has a background in finance, investment, property and prudential management - sound experience which provides ASL with good corporate governance.
Antony Rogers

Mr. Rogers is a CPA with over 35
years industry experience working with
ICI Australia as Group General Manager
and Smorgon ARC as CEO. He presently holds several external board positions.

Mrs. Grant has previous
management experience in asset backed securities, trust accounting, construction and property law development. Mrs. Grant now resides in Sydney
Peter Bolitho
Non executive director since 2009.
Term in office 1 year. Since 2003 Mr Bolitho has been the Manager of Corporate Affairs and Financial Planning (Joint Company Secretary) with Tolhurst Group Limited and has an extensive career covering compliance, managed investment schemes, financial planning practice, superannuation and Insurance. Mr Bolitho holds a MBA and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is a Fellow of FINSIA.
