Non-Executive Directors
The ASL Board has a majority of independent directors, giving balance to the interests of the client and management at Board level. Each independent director has a background in finance, investment, property and prudential management - sound experience which provides ASL with good corporate governance.
Trevor Edwards
Independent non executive director since 2000. Term in office 7 years. Mr. Edwards is a stock broker with Tolhurst a leading Australian stock broking firm and has over 50 years experience in giving investment advice to clients.

Mrs. Grant has previous
management experience in asset backed securities, trust accounting, construction and property law development. Mrs. Grant now resides in Sydney
Antony Rogers
Independent director and alternate
chair to Audit & Compliance Committee
Non executive director since 2000.
Term in office 7 years.
Mr. Rogers is a CPA with over 35
years industry experience working with
ICI Australia as Group General Manager
and Smorgon ARC as CEO. He presently holds several external board positions.
